Blueberry Muffins - NuWave Oven Style

This blueberry muffin recipe is so easy to prepare in your NuWave Oven.  There is no preheating the oven, just mix your blueberry batter up, pour it into prepared mini muffin tins or a muffin tin holder that will hold six muffins, and your ready to bake!

The ingredients that you will need to bake Blueberry Muffins in your NuWave Oven
are as follows:

1 Box of your favorite Blueberry Muffin Mix

You are also going to need all of the ingredients that your Blueberry Muffin Mix calls for.

In a large bowl, mix your Blueberry Miffin Mix up according to the package directions.  Either using a spray type oil, like Pam, or vegetable oil, lightly grease your muffin tins, or you can use muffin tin aluminum foil baking cups to line your muffin tin with.  Pour your Blueberry batter into the muffin tins, filling the tins up about half full with the batter.
Place the muffin tin directly onto the wire rack of your NuWave Oven.  Attach the lid to the oven, plug the oven in and press the cook time button, enter nine minutes for the mini blueberry muffins, and push the start button.  Like magic, the NuWave Oven comes on and immediately starts to cook whatever that it has inside of it.  If using the muffin tin that holds six muffins, more cook time will be needed for those.  Instead of using nine minutes, I would set the cook time for around twelve minutes, check them and go from there.

In just seconds after the blueberry muffins come out of the NuWave Oven, they are ready to be popped out of their baking tins, and set on a wire rack to cool.

Enjoy your NuWave Oven.
