Spinach Dip

Making two or three homemade different kinds of delicious dip when having Nacho night for dinner is simple to do. There are all different kinds of recipes for Spinach Dip, but when I make homemade Spinach Dip, this is how that I make mine. Have Nachos for dinner and serve Spinach Dip, Cheese Dip, Salsa or whatever kind of other dip that you like. Utensils: 

One Kitchen Strainer

One Spoon

One Large Mixing Bowl

Electric Mixer

Kitchen Knife

Clean Kitchen Towels

Pan or Microwave to heat spinach in

                                                                           
                                                                          


Ingredients: 

Two frozen blocks of Spinach, cooked according to package directions, squeezed dry
     *Note: A great way to squeeze the spinach dry is to use a clean kitchen towel.
               Cut the spinach into bite size pieces.

Half of a small Red Onion, diced finely

Half of a Green Bell Pepper, washed, and finely diced

One package of your favorite brand of dip mix, such as Knorr, Lipton or Store Brand

One large container Sour Cream

Salt and Black Pepper to Taste

One package shredded cheddar cheese

Splash of Hot Sauce

One Block of Cream Cheese, at room temperature

Three to Four Tablespoons of Milk

Directions:

Place the sour cream, milk and the cream cheese in a mixing bowl, mix with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth.

Stir in the remaining ingredients, mixing well. The Spinach Dip should be thick when all of the ingredients are mixed together. Cover the Spinach Dip and place in the refrigerator for at least two hours, or overnight.

Serve the delicious Spinach Dip with tortilla chips, cut pieces of thick sliced bread or even sliced veggies.
Different kinds of assorted crackers are delicious with the Spinach Dip.
