Crock Pot Chili Dogs

Crock Pot Chili Dogs are a breeze to prepare.  Chili Dogs are also a delicious tailgating food.  With a few simple packing containers, ketchup, mustard, relish, and onions, the Chili Dogs are ready.

Utensils Needed:
                                                                                                               
Large Frying Pan                                                                                          
Wooden Spoon                                                                                      
Strainer
Crock Pot
Containers with Lids
Grease Container (or large bowl)
Several Teaspoons

Ingredients Needed:

2 - 3 Pounds Hamburger Meat (Use any kind of ground meat that is your favorite)
2 Small Cans Tomato Paste
3 - 4 Tablespoons Garlic - Minced
2 - 3 Tablespoons Cold Water
Salt and Black Pepper
Seasonings
Hot Dog Buns
Hot Dogs or Sausage Dogs
Mustard (optional)
Ketchup (optional)
Pickle Relish (optional)
Chopped Onions (optional)
Shredded Cheese (optional)
Finely Chopped Green, or Yellow Bell Peppers (optional)
Green or Black Olives, (optional)
Slaw (optional)

Directions:

Fry hamburger meat in frying pan on stovetop over medium high
heat.  Stir and fry the meat until done.  Drain hamburger in strainer,
over the grease container.

Retrun the hamburger meat back to the frying pan, stir in the tomato
paste, garlic, water, and seasonings of your choice. Stir.

Spoon the hamburger mixture into the Crock Pot.  Cook on low for
2 - 3 hours.  When the Chili is done, prepare the hot dogs or sausage
dogs by grilling, boiling, etc.  Serve with Hot Dogs on Buns.  Serve with
your favorite toppings.
